The project name IN A KYTHE was inspired by the books of Madeleine L’Engle (particularly A Swiftly Tilting Planet). “Kything” is her term for mental communication, a process made more vivid by a person’s closeness to an animal.

I’ve been making new music for my dogs this year using loops and ambient textures, and this new project is an attempt to distinguish this work from my singer-songwriter material. I hope you enjoy what comes of it.
